Level I IT Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Level I IT Technician to support our daily IT operations. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to begin their career in information technology. The successful candidate will provide basic technical support to our staff, ensuring that all hardware and software are functioning efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support to end users for software, hardware, and networking issues.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and updating of computer hardware and software.
  • Participate in the documentation of IT support processes and maintain logs of user requests.
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex issues.
  • Perform routine PC maintenance and updates for performance efficiency.

Qualifications:

Level II IT Technician

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Level II IT Technician to join our IT department. This role requires a more in-depth technical skillset than a Level I Technician, with responsibilities including managing intermediate-level troubleshooting issues and contributing to IT projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, proactive troubleshooting abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide second-level support for more complex issues in areas such as network management, software development, and cybersecurity.
  • Monitor and manage network infrastructure, server deployments, and security tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and end-user satisfaction.
  • Lead small IT projects or participate in larger projects with guidance from IT Managers.
  • Develop and document new strategies for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Train junior technicians and share knowledge to improve team skill levels.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures for security and data handling.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in an IT support role with a strong understanding of network configurations, computer systems, and software applications.
  • Proficient in various operating systems and databases.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

Sales Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves identifying customer needs, promoting company products, and achieving sales targets.
