The services themselves are not geographically limited. Monitoring, response, administration, patching, and compliance support are delivered remotely, which is why we work with organizations elsewhere in the country, including companies with multiple sites or no local IT presence at all. We are clear about the boundary: one office, in Aiken, and remote delivery everywhere else.

Both, deliberately. Managed IT and managed security are separate disciplines that fail when they are separated in practice: security controls get weakened to make operations easier, or operational changes quietly undo security decisions. Running both means one team is accountable for the trade-offs.
Where are you located?
Our headquarters is at 121 Richland Ave E, Aiken, SC 29801. We provide on-site support across the Aiken and Augusta area, and deliver managed services remotely to organizations across the United States. We do not maintain offices in other locations.
How do you charge for your services?
Managed services are typically structured as recurring agreements so cost is predictable and the incentive is to prevent problems rather than bill for them. Project and assessment work is scoped separately. Pricing depends on the size and complexity of your environment, which is why we assess before quoting rather than publishing a number that would not apply to you.
