Where would you like to start?
You are considering working with us
Start with a consultation. We will talk through how your organization runs, what is causing problems, and whether we are a sensible fit, before anyone talks about scope or contracts.
You need support on something
If you are already working with us, use your established support channel so your request is tracked and routed to the people who know your environment.
You are dealing with a security incident
If you believe you are compromised (ransomware, a suspected breach, or account takeover), do not wait on a form. Call so it can be triaged immediately.

Quick answers
How quickly will someone respond?
New inquiries submitted through this site are reviewed during business hours. If your issue is urgent (an active security incident or an outage stopping work), call rather than email, because a phone call gets triaged immediately and a form does not.
Do we need to be local to work with you?
No. Our office is in Aiken, South Carolina, and we provide on-site support across the Aiken and Augusta area. Managed IT and security services are delivered remotely, so we work with organizations elsewhere in the United States as well.
Do you repair home or personal computers?
No. We work only with businesses, government agencies, and contractors, providing managed IT and managed security services. We do not offer residential or personal computer repair.
What should we have ready for a first conversation?
Nothing formal. It helps to know roughly how many people and devices you support, what systems are critical to your operation, what is currently causing problems, and whether you have any compliance or contractual security requirements. If you do not know all of that, the conversation is a good place to work it out.
